2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or receive services. By using our website, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Certain procedures may require you to be 21 years of age or older, or may require parental/guardian consent for clients aged 18–20.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• ✦Booking: Appointments may be booked online through our booking system or by contacting us directly. A deposit or credit card on file may be required to secure your appointment.
• ✦Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75.
• ✦Tardiness: Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in rescheduling at our discretion.
• ✦Right to Decline Service: Tria reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at our clinical discretion, including if a treatment is deemed medically inappropriate.

4. Informed Consent

Prior to receiving any treatment, you will be required to review and sign an informed consent form specific to the procedure(s) you are receiving. This consent confirms that you have been informed of the procedure, potential risks and benefits, alternatives, and that you voluntarily agree to proceed.

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time before a procedure begins. Once a procedure has begun, withdrawal of consent may not be possible without clinical risk.

5. Payments & Refunds

• ✦Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options.
• ✦Packages & Prepaid Services: Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but are transferable to another service of equal or lesser value at our discretion. Packages expire 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
• ✦Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• ✦Disputes: All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the service date. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith.

6. Rewards Program

Participation in the Tria Rewards loyalty program is subject to these Terms as well as the specific program terms communicated at enrollment. Key terms:

• ✦Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• ✦Tria reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program at any time with reasonable notice
• ✦Points earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited and the account may be terminated
• ✦Points expire after 24 months of account inactivity

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Tria Aesthetics & Wellness or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• ✦Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• ✦Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• ✦Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• ✦Harvest or collect information about other users without consent

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tria Aesthetics & Wellness, its owners, practitioners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tria for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months prior to the event.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
